Hello,
My Dell Inspiron 1545 gives me the message to repair or start normally. iT WILL NOT REPAIR OR START. I purchased a hard drive as diagnostics said to replace. Now I get message NO BOOT DEVICE DETECTED. How do I fix my PC?

Now you need to buy a copy of Windows and install it on the empty hard drive. You could have bought a hard drive directly from Dell with Windows installed.
