Calling Cell for name on basis of changing number 0,1.

Dear. I have attendance sheet name "Attendance" of 70 people. having table of their names in 1st Col and Absent in 2nd Col. Absent col changes everyday by 1 or 0 means who absent so 1 come in front of his name and else 0. so I make table of Absent People Name in other sheet renamed "ALL". Now I want that when I enter "1" in Attendance sheet means some one is absent so their name should come in sheet "ALL" where I shows Just absent People. when I enter another "1" in Attendance sheet means now 2 people are absent so its name also come in row 2 of sheet "ALL".
