Pulling Informations from Excel Spreadsheet

Hello - can anyone please help me?

I have a spreadsheet that has the information from a Realtor office. It has all the information from each sale for all Realtors. I need to pull certain information off of this main sheet for each Realtor (I will be making a separate sheet for each Realtor). I would use VLOOKUP but not sure how to set it up with all the other information on there.

Example Headings:
Date MLS Address Seller Lead Listing Agent Buyer Lead2 Buyers Agent Gross Sales Sale $ Commission Total Commission Co-broke In Office Agent Split Agent 5% Gift

I need to pull off certain columns if the Listing Agent or Buyers Agent is in this office.

If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it.

upload a small extract of your data to file uploading webpage like speedyshare.com and inform the download address . also explain what you want preferably what should be the result.

Sheet one is the main information and sheet two is the information that would be pulled from the main sheet. I need a sheet for each Agent to pull off the information just for them. Let me know if you need more information.

something wrong. when you choose the file from your computer and upload it to speedy share below the page from which this can be downloaded will be given. copy paste that.

sorry your earlier ref is ok. that is download page. I did a mistake
ok I downloaded your file

in sheet 2 see the extract from row 11 I have give below. better use index match function. see the formula in the fists row in column B and C which is copied down
write similar formulas for other columns

Can you e-mail me the file - when I open up the one from the web site it doesn't open up correctly. I don't know if it is because my excel is 2007. My e-mail again is mahrens66@charter.net. thank you for all your help.
