using a Galaxy 5 phone I reformatted the phone with the SD card mounted not realizing just what it would do. Now using windows 7 PC it does not see the SD card in the drive, when I go to "cmd" prompt drivepart, drive list, it does not see the drive. Device manager open up USB controllers R click on USB mass storage device, it tells me I need to format the device before using it, I click format and it says windows can't do it. I downloaded SD 4.0 formatter it tells me that the drive is not supported. I go into my computer right click the drive, properties and the drive is full. I even tried using a USB plug in SD drive. NO Help. I've tried everything need a little help.

The phone will not mount the SD card. With the card not mounted there is no option for formatting. I open the notifications window it tells me that the SD card has corrupted filefile

What format is your card?

Do you have a card reader?

If you put the card back in the phone, does it show full? Are the files corrupted?
