Mounted a WD sata drive as a secondary HD now wont boot

I just tryed to mount a WD Sata drive into my desktop to use as a secondary drive but when i try to boot my computer up into windows it just sticks on the loading screen

OK, take the two drives, and reverse the location of where they are. Try that first.
