Toshiba start-up repair fails

Hello,



I have a problem with my toshiba laptop in start up. .after it is turn on my laptop will go to login but intead it will restart and then it recommends start-up repair but the windows cannot repair it and then my laptop will shut down. .please reaaly need help on how to fix this. .thanks in advance. .

You will need to have a PC Tech diagnosis you laptop. You might need to re-install Windows and/or replace the hard disk.
