Hello,
Try this 1
1) Try connecting the pen drive to the USB slot available at the back of your CPU.
2) Connect your pen drive --> Click on Start --> Run --> Type devmgmt.msc and
press Enter. Is there any yellow mark?
3) Check if it's able to get detected in other PC's.
