My laptop is not starting

Hello,
I tried everything my laptop is not getting stated .....This is the second time this is happening.
When it happened the first time it stated when I pushed the power button ,fn f6 together pls help

Try the hard reboot process:
1. remove the battery and power cord
2. push and hold down the power button for 45 seconds
3. restore battery and power cord
4. restart the laptop
