Acer aspire power problem

Hello,

good day. i have this unit acer aspire. upon charging, the indicator light appears but when switching on the laptop, it suddenly turned off.. i also tried to detatch the battery and directly use it while charging. unfortunately it didn't work. no indicator light was observed and i cannot turn it on. what may be its cause?

Try the hard reboot process:
1. remove the battery and power cord
2. push and hold down the power button for 45 seconds
3. restore battery and power cord
4. restart the laptop
