Get message - for Realtek RTL 8139(x)/8130/810x PCI fast Ethernet controller v2.13(020326). PXE E61: Media Test Failure, check cable.PXE MOF: Exiting PXE ROM. Thereafter closes and enters into loop. Please give solution.

That's a hardware error. It's possible that you need a new motherboard or a new laptop. I suggest a local PC repair shop take a look at it.
