Are you running Windows 7 or what? Please confirm it so we can provide precise answers.
For the time being, try using Startup repair utility from Microsoft, comes inbuilt with your system. Start tapping F8 just after starting your system and follow on screen steps. Follow the same steps 3 to 4 times to repair your computer.
