Vista 64 bit outlook send/rec problem

Hello,
I am having fits with Outlook 2007. I can no long send or receive. I have redone all the settings and still end up with a send and receive error codes
Ox800300FD
Ox8003001E
OxCCC80

I have tried to reload or repair the program and only get that mine is a 64 bit system and all fixes are 32 bit based.

HELP!!!!!
