No audio device??

Hello,i already install xp on my vista machine but there is no audio device in occur in my cq40-154tu..and there is so much driver problem in my lappy,so someone tell me how to solve this problem???the importantly i need is chipset,graphic and sound???plz!!!!

Click http://ftp.us.dell.com/audio/R114282.EXE
Then double-click the icon u have gotten to run.
