New Graphic card advice

Hello,i am making my gaming build for computer for past month and i bought everything i need except my graphic card (i still have r7770 msi) and i am thinking about buying this one http://bit.ly/16K1rdA ,but i will gladly take any advice from you guys if you think i need better one,i have max of 300$ for new graphic card which i want to spend as cleverer as possible,this is my current setup
Processor: AMD 8350 (stock,not overlocked)
Ram: 2x4gb Blue patriot viper
MotherBoard:'MB AM3+ 990FX MSI 990FXA-GD65, PCIe/DDR3/SATA3/GLAN/Raid/7.1
PowerSupply:630W Thermaltake Smart SE SPS-630M Modularno, 14cm fan/ SPS-630MPCBEU
HardDisk:500gb hitachi

and i want to ask you whats best way to spend my money,and i would like to ask you if you can send me link of cards from this shop Deleted by moderator its serbian one and in serbia they mostly dont ship from amazon or other shops

Would be great if you could invest in a better PSU. Coming on to the graphic card , there isn't nay graphic card on the page you provided, can you refresh the link. But as far as i can recommend. Try ATI radeon R9 290X 4GB
