Hi. I have a problem. My pc shuts down unexpectedly and I don't know the problem. My pc is just new. some people say that it is because of high temperature but i think it is not because it is cool. They also say that the problem is the power supply but the power supply is already been changed and brand new. And I already returned it to the shops to use the warranty and they say that they open all the applications and nothing happen and they just update the bios. All of the parts are good and I think the mother board is the problem. Could be the motherboard is the reason why my pc shuts down unexpectedly? Thanks for the answer. :)

PS: The place we buy this doesn't include the OS on the package so I install a cracked OS windows 7 to be exact.

Hello,

"PS: The place we buy this doesn't include the OS on the package so I install a cracked OS windows 7 to be exact."

Sorry but we can't help you until you get a legitimate genuine OS. The reason for crashing is because of the OS.
