Totally locked Yahoo account

Hello

When Im trying to reset my password I get the following text from Yahoo:

"Your password can't be reset online. For security reasons, you need contact Yahoo Customer Care to help you reset your password."

"We have locked this option, (unlock the account after 12 or 48 hours my comment), for your protection because we believe someone may have unauthorized access to your account. Contact customer care".

My simple question is: How to contact Yahoo Customer care?
