Hi,
I would kindly like to inquire whether it is possible to highlight a given group of words or sentences that are in small letters and turn them into capital letters at once instead of keying in one word after another using CAPS lock.

In Word and Powerpoint (you don't say what software you are using) there is this option in the ribbon. See this link for details.
