My asus laptop shuts down 3 seconds after boot up

My Asus laptop shuts down 3 seconds after boot up.The battery is fully charged and it still shuts down. Even when when the charger is plugged in, it shuts down. The other thing is that when the battery is taken out and the charger is plugged in , it won't turn on at all. The charger is also new (Belkin 65w). Could it be the motherboard or a faulty cpu?

Probably the motherboard but it could also be a memory board problem.
