Hello,

My alternate email has been left unused for long. I have been trying to recover my yahoo account through my mobile phone number. but i don't receive code number on my mobile. I have tried a lot, but all in vain. I remember my security question but it doesnot appear in options. Plz help me.

help page

In the Topic section, select Password and Login
Click Forgot secret questions and answers
Click Go to password helper and follow the instructions or click Email to contact Yahoo
