I lost my alternate yahoo mails paswords and ...

Hello,
I bought a new iphone and I lost all my yahoo mail passwords ( two of them are my alternate mail) ..I know my Ids but i cant remember the passwords and now I have a lot of problem with my information and also cant remember the answers of questions ..What should I do ??? I signed up these Ids more than 5 years ago..
