Hi,
Try this one:
Select the "Tools" menu.
Select "Internet Options."
Click the "Advanced" tab.
Under Multimedia, make sure that "Play sounds in web pages" is checked.
Click the "Security" tab.
Click the "Custom Level" button under "Security level for this zone."
Select "Enable" under Scripting - Active Scripting.
Click "OK."
Click "OK" again to close the dialog box.
