No bootable device mistake of deleting my hard drive

Im having an issue i have a toshiba L50Dt-B and it doesnt have a cd rom or anything that i can load i had an issue with a virus and i made the mistake of deleting my hard drive i think and now it just says no bootable device i can get into the bios but that does nothing and there isnt a safe mode i can get to that i know of. Please help

You should take the laptop to a local PC repair shop and have them fix it. It looks to be beyond your capabilities at this point.
