Hi there,
Unfortunately, if your drive appears as RAW, that means that there may be some issue, preventing its proper recognition from the system. Have you dropped the drive? Physical damage may be one of the reasons. I would recommend you to try the device on another PC and with another USB cable. If the issues persists, contact the reseller and get a replacement ( if you have warranty left).
