Problem while doing a factory reset to my Toshiba laptop!

I want to reset my Toshiba laptop to factory settings but when I press the 0 button and power button, my laptop starts beeping and I release the 0 button so here i am supposed to get to the recovery settings but instead of that the laptop starts normally! what can I do?

hi

try the following may be this will help you. restart your computer press F8 repeatedly it will take you to the restore screen and choose restore to factory i think this will work
