Hey sandeep231001. I'm sorry to have to say it, but you've already tried the most important thing - connecting the flash drive to other devices to see if the same thing happens. It sounds like it has failed. You could try a data recover program in case you can (and want) to try and extract any of the data from it. You can take a look at this thread for a data recovery solution: https://www.tomshardware.com/
