Toshiba screen won't turn on

Hello,

My laptop sounds like its starting up fine but the screen never turns on. I tried unplugging the power nd Removing the battery and holding the power button down but it didn't help. I need advice. Please help.

I suggest you try to connect to an external monitor to see if you get a signal.
