Won't turn on spilled energy drink on my keyboard

Hello,
One of the lads from work spilled energy drink on my keyboard and then turned it off, snuce then I have had trouble starting the system and advanced options recommended resetting the laptop since then it won't turn on, any ideas how to get it working again?

Certainly looks like a short circuit issue and a job for a technician to clean.
