Pen drive problem

Hello,
My pen drive dose not work properly. it connect back side to the CPU.disconnect to front side to the CPU.
when it connect to PC message occured as
" USB is not recognisation "
so please solve my problem

yes may be the front usb connection is wrong. just use the back panel of your cpu
