You'll need to repair your computer. Get your Windows Installation media and insert on the drive and then reboot your system. Start tapping F8 just after starting the system till you receive the BIOS message saying 'Press any key to boot'. Follow on screen steps and on the Install Windows screen, choose repair your computer option from the bottom left corner.
Follow the same procedure 2 to 3 times to ensure that everything is fixed and corresponding problem dll files has been replaced as well.
