Laptop screen goes black

Hello,

i have a problem in my laptop model no inspiron 15 .problem is my laptop screen goes black after start and no icon is displayed .I am able to move into the the system by task manager option but it also don't work properly and also works a little.what should i can do solve this problem?please help e ites very urgent

Hi there,

Have you tried starting in Safe Mode? Any changes? I recommend you to use the Last Known Good Configuration option from the Advanced Boot Menu, which can be accessed by pressing F8 on start up.
If there is no change, remove battery and unplug the power. Hold the power button for a minute. Try booting again.
