Hi there,
Have you tried starting in Safe Mode? Any changes? I recommend you to use the Last Known Good Configuration option from the Advanced Boot Menu, which can be accessed by pressing F8 on start up.
If there is no change, remove battery and unplug the power. Hold the power button for a minute. Try booting again.
