Help URGEEENNNTTT!!! my hp laptop locked me out!!!

My hp laptop locked me out and i cant get back in. the story was that i was using the laptop with my friend then we closed the laptop lid opened it again, put in my password and it said it was the wrong password!!!!
i dont know what to do!!
btw it is a school laptop and its school holidays now, and i cant bring it to school to fix it.
