I have no Desktop screen just a blank black screen.

My Desktop screen is Black and i have no icons. I cant Right click on the screen. All i can do it CRL+ALT+DEL start new task and then new task and type in www.google.com and get the internet. my computer is running off google chrome. I dont know what else to do. I have tired all that i know please help i also have typed explorer.exe and it loads and then thats it doesnt do anything else the little circle spins and does nothing
