May asus laptop screen stay show the loading aftet tht stay black screen

hello , my Asus laptop screen 1st show the loading page after that stay black n blank , no others key work on in just clrt alrt nd delete button work just n so many time I restart it but no work , what should I do plz plz help me out .

Hi Sinthia,

Have you installed some new software or hardware? Have you tried starting in Safe Mode or using the Last known good configuration? You can choose them from the Advanced Boot Menu, accessed by pressing F8 on start up. If none of these helps, enter BIOS and check if your HDD is properly listed there.

yaah yesterday I was install some software , I was try f8 n f9 nd esc key but its not work on it :( , what should I do NW ?

You should be able to access at least the BIOS menu, pressing F2 or DEL. The Advanced Boot Menu should be available too. If there is another key assigned, you will be informed from the boot screens when you power on the laptop.

I was press f2 n del key but still showing da black screen :( , plz guyz help me out
