Forgot the password

Hello,

i forgot my password . My computers are working but i can't access the mobile since i have locked it . unfortunately i had forgot the password for the same . Kindly suggest since this is my office internet connection , we frequently use the Internet to upload photos from phone . Kindly give me a solution ...... very very urgent .
