Hello, can you help me to recover my email again I cannot remember my security question and i got stuck on security verification where there is only one option left the verification code that will be send in my mobile no. and the problem is I lost my phone .... can you help me please!

Well, start with the email provider. Go and contact them. You failed to state what provider, but it doesn't matter, as we cannot do anything about it. Contact your provider and BE PATIENT!
