when i open my acoount the com said plz log in when i try to log in it asked ques but wen i ansr it reply wrong ans after 5 time ansr its not showing any other opetion but always the com said chose another opetion but not showing any oter opetion

yep i have forgoten the ans to but the other problm its showing to chose another opetion but other opetion is not showing on screen
