Migration of database from one server to another

Hello,
I am migrating sql database to oracle database in a different servers.. sql is in windows & oracle is in linux... Here i am using dbconvert tool to migrate the database.. Here if i try to migrate to the same server then it is possible.. if i connect to the different server then it is giving error as could not identify the server... Can Anyone please help me resolve the issue

Are you mapping to the drive, or just making a connection using username and password. try making it a Drive and mapping the other server.
