Hi Mansoofi,
Are those two ports completely not responding? I mean can you at least hear the sound when connecting an USB? If not, there is a chance that those two are not properly connected to the motherboard. However I would recommend you to go to the motherboard manufacturer's web page and search for some driver updates. Go to Device Manager and check if everything seems properly installed.
