My laptop is a brand new, just purchased today, HP Windows laptop. I can log on to it. But, after that the screen stays blank and all I can see is the mouse. Also, can see my pop ups down in the right corner from my antivirus programs. Any suggestions?

Hi Soldier,

I would recommend you to enter Task Manager and end the explorer.exe process. Restart it, clicking on File and writing explorer.exe in the line. If there is no change, I would recommend you to contact the reseller.
