Yahoo mail account not found cant log in facebook

Hello,
Please help me recover my yahoo mail account I use to log in my Facebook account. My last active session on Facebook was only yesterday. And now yahoo is telling that my yahoo Id can't be found or doesn't match any on their database. Please I can't access my Facebook .is there any possible way to verify me as the user of that account the Facebook Help can offer??please please please
