Unable to format pendrive

Hello sir
my pendrive is unable to format and I could these 3 in format(1.cmd format k: /q /fs:fat32 2.disk mngmnt 03.my computer) if i format in cmd method it's showing (the type of the file system is RAW) sir please help me&give me a good soulution to format
