Hello,
I find it dificult to check my email account each time I try to open my email account it says invalid and I don't know why.

What says invalid?

If you have not logged into your account for more than 45 days, we suggest making another one, as the one that you are expecting is more than likely deleted for inactivity.

Let us know if you feel this is not the case.
