Hello,
I cannot remember my security answer for security question as I got my email many years ago. As a result I cannot access my yahoo email account.

I am really annoyed as my account is locked now.
please sort this out and put this as an option on your list to avoid causing hours of delay. I am sorry to say that your way of offering help is not useful at all!
