Hello goad,
I see that you've tried almost everything to get out your data, but I think there's a one thing more to try. Can you bring your external hard drive to a data recovery company? Yes, it will cost a decent amount, but if you can't live without this data, you should consider this option as a last resort. I'm afraid that your hard drive have been hardware encrypted and you won't be able to recover your files in the "conventional" way.
