Hello, 
My grandson was on my computer and now when I click on outlook or explorer a message pops up saying it is almost done. Mean while there is a bunch of dots going around in a circle in the back ground but it just won't load. of I have tried everything I can think of and nothing works. Please help as I have a very important email that I must tend to right away

I think that your grandson may have contaminated your computer.
