BSNL USB Data Card - Model LW272

Hello,

I have BSNL usb modem LW272 installed in my Windows 8 operating system and also choosen compatibility mode as Windows XP - service pack 3 & Run as administrator.

When i insert bsnl usb modem, the program starts but, in the upper left corner it shows 'Starting', then changed to 'searching' and after that it again goes to 'Starting'. this is done repeatedly and not completed.

Hence the sim details/ signal and signal classification details are NOT displayed. i can't able use any options.

So please help me to re-solve this issue.
