How annoying!
Instead of trying to find and fix the problem, since the laptop is brand new and under warranty, I would return it to the manufacturer for an exchange.

The origins of the problem can be multiple.
1. Power supply
2. Overheating
3. Motherboard circuits
4. Faulty ram stick or slots
5. Virus
You need to test all the issues, perhaps a technician can help you.
