Locked that folder and afterward forgot the password

Dear All
I had some of my family pictures with me in my laptop, I applied lock folder and locked that folder and after ward forgot the password. I have sold out that laptop and transferred that folder into my USB. Now how can I open that file in my new laptop because I dont have PW & neither that "Folder lock" programme?
