Help!! Missing Boot Manager? Won't Boot with a Windows Disk...

Hello,

I'm using an Hp dv9000, and have recently been trying to factory reset laptop. I managed to do it (I think) but now my laptop won't boot up with the Windows 7 Home Premium Installation Disk I have. I had Vista, but didn't like it, so I had borrowed a disk from a friend who had the 3 installations on it, hoping I could just install it?

The only screen that pops up is the Windows Boot Manager stating;

'Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:

1. Insert your Windows installation disc and restart your computer.
2. Choose your language settings, and then click "Next."
3. Click "Repair your computer."

If you do not have this disc, contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance.

Status ; 0xc000000f
Info: The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible.'

so... can anybody help me? I have I have no idea what to do. and I most certainly can not afford a new laptop, this is all I've got. Thank you!!!!
