Mouse & keyboard not working at the same time

Hi I recently got a new windows 8 samsung laptop, everything seems fine until i try to use keyboard and mouse at the same time, it uses the elan smart-pad and no one has talked about this. please tell me where and how i can fix this because all other things i look at are talking about diferent mouses or things i dont have on my laptop. thnx for the help.

that site doesn't have the drivers and i need instructions on how to use the driver to make the mouse and keyboard work at the same time
